How we handle your details

This explains what happens to the details you give us when you register your interest in Drop-in.

Who we are

Drop-in is run by Sauce Consultants Ltd. We are responsible for the details you give us on this site.

What we collect

When you register your interest, we collect:

• your name and job title
• your school, trust or organisation
• your work email address
• roughly how many students or placements you have each year
• any note you choose to add

Why we use it

Only to contact you about Drop-in, for example to tell you when it's ready for you or to ask about your work experience programme. We use your details because you've agreed to it by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that at any time by emailing us.

Who can see it

The Drop-in team at Sauce Consultants Ltd. Your details are stored with Cloudflare, who host this site and deliver our emails. We don't share or sell your details to anyone else.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to talk to you about Drop-in. If you ask us to delete your details, we will.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your details, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Email hello@drop-in.to.

If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
